These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the OMNI waitlist (the "Service"), operated by OMNI ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
OMNI is a product in development. The Service currently provides information about OMNI and lets you join a waitlist. We do not currently offer any payment, banking, money transmission, lending, brokerage, or other financial service, and nothing on this site constitutes such a service. Features described are planned and subject to change, regulatory approval, and partner participation, and may never be released.
Content on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for decisions about your own credit cards, finances, and rewards. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to OMNI, any particular feature, pricing, or timeline. By joining, you consent to receive emails from us about OMNI. You can unsubscribe at any time. Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, submit false or others' information, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The OMNI name, logo, site content, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. All third-party names and marks (including card issuers and networks) belong to their respective owners; their use here is for identification only and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
We use third-party providers (for example, our form and hosting providers) to operate the Service. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMNI and its founders, officers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OMNI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
